Cook Hospital & Care Center is a critical access hospital and skilled nursing facility located in the heart of northern Minnesota. As a cornerstone of healthcare in our region, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care to individuals and families across our rural communities.
Our hospital features modern facilities, up-to-date technology, and a wide range of medical services designed to meet the diverse health needs of our patients. Attached to the hospital is our Care Center, a 28-bed skilled nursing facility that provides exceptional long-term care in a warm, supportive environment.
